I recently featured on a fantastic blog by the lovely Cara about my tsw journey. Some answers are similar to what’s on this blog with a few more updates. Nevertheless check it out and her other posts if you have a chance

18 months ~ rash free and milky white
Such a relief to be able to relax without the stress and anxiety caused by tsw. Skin doing well, couldn’t be happier
Day 500
New article by Dr Fukaya et al
Timeline pics – days 1 to 216
For quick reference, I’ve added a link in the menu bar of the pics I took from the beginning to day 216 (7 months or so). Continued with documenting obviously but took longer gaps as the healing picked up and my mind would move away from constant skin thoughts… enjoy
Day 426
Feeling good – skin is smooth despite the dry cold weather and change of seasons. Routine remains the same, hot shower followed by ACV spritz (face only) and jojoba oil to shave. Other than that no moisture. Full, busy life, working out three days a week before work and riding to work most days. Following kinobody.com for fitness and diet (basically, especially the fasting aspect of it and workouts, not too strict on the calories.) Studying part-time too with no issues even when I get stressed with things. It gets better, to all of you guys just starting out or going through a rough patch, never forget this. And keep things simple ✿

top left was about 9 months, others were earlier through the process…
